Osoma Bin Laden

I remember exactly what happened last night when I heard Osoma Bin Laden died and I believe a will remember that night for the rest of my life. It was about 9:00pm Sunday night when I was sitting in my family room with my dad watching baseball.  My mom came up from the basement and said that she had just learned from the news that President Obama was going to make an announcement at 9:30 and it was unclear what it was on.  So my dad was curious on what it was and decided to turn on CNN.  He turned it on and it said he was making on national security.  That's when I began to get worried because it seemed strange that the President would all of a sudden make a speech at 9:30 on a Sunday night.  After watching a little bit more but still knowing nothing my dad said we were either getting bombed and the president was going to give us a heads up or that Osoma Bin Laden had died.  We continued watching and a guy on CNN said if it was what he thought the U.S. had been waiting for this moment for a long time.  Finally the word came out that it was truly Osoma Bin Laden who had died.  After watching a little more President Obama finally came out about an hour late at 10:30 and made it official.  That is when it finally set in and began to become happy because we had been looking for him for 10 years and we had finally found him and killed him. Are biggest revenge to 9/11 was finally over.
When looking at 9/11 a didn't really understand what was going on when it actually happened because I was in first grade.  I remember coming home from school on that day and my dad was working in our office which I thought was strange.  I asked why he was home and he said it was because our nation had been attacked and it was a safety precaution.  Then I remember watching it on the T.V. alot, and that was all I got out of it at the time but as time has gone on I have gotten a deeper understanding of what really happened.  I remember when I was a kid going into the twin towers and on the roof, before they came down.  Also, my dad used to work in New York.  Now I realize that it could of been us in those buildings or another building and that I am lucky that it didn't happen when we were there.
I feel that us catching Bin Laden had now put the target on our backs.  The Taliban might feel like they need revenge and could launch a new attack on U.S. soil.
